Indications
Dosage and Administration
Adults: The recommended dose is one capsule per day.
In patients who do not experience symptoms such as fainting or dizziness after 2 weeks at a dose of 2 mg, the dosage may be increased up to 8 mg per day.

Contraindications
Do not use this medication if you are allergic to Tamsulosin hydrochloride or any of the components of its formulation.
Warnings and Precautions
Periodic medical examinations are necessary during long-term treatment.
Use this medication with caution and under medical supervision if you have a history of or current kidney dysfunction.
To reduce the risk of dizziness or fainting, rise slowly from sitting or lying positions and be cautious when going up or down stairs.
If allergic reactions occur, discontinue the medication and inform your doctor.
Inform your doctor if you are scheduled for eye surgery (e.g., cataract surgery).
This medication may cause dizziness; if this occurs, avoid driving or operating machinery.
Swallow the capsule whole; do not chew or crush it.
Drug Interactions
Avoid concurrent use of Tlocin with the following medications:
Erythromycin
Ketoconazole
Diclofenac
