This medication has been prescribed to treat your current condition.

Proper Dosage and Use of Opheen
Before using this medication, inform your doctor or pharmacist about the use of any other medications, herbal remedies, or supplements.
General Dosage
Never take more than 2 tablets at once or more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not exceed 5 tablets in 24 hours unless prescribed by a doctor.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Children under 12 years old
Concurrent use with other acetaminophen-containing products
Warnings and Precautions
Discontinue use if signs of allergic reactions occur (skin rash, breathing difficulties, swelling of hands, feet, face, throat, or tongue).
Consult a doctor if pain does not improve after 10 days or fever persists after 3 days.
Concurrent use with certain medications may cause unwanted side effects; consult your doctor or pharmacist.
In case of overdose, immediately contact a doctor or hospital.
Avoid use with other acetaminophen-containing products or alcohol.
This medication may affect the results of certain medical tests; inform your doctor if taken within 3–4 days prior to testing.
Do not take more than 2 tablets per dose or more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Drug Interactions
Before use, inform your doctor if taking any of the following; Opheen should not be used simultaneously with:
Barbiturates and Carbamazepine
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
Aspirin and other salicylates
Anticoagulant medications
Side Effects
While providing therapeutic benefits, Opheen may cause unwanted effects. Not all effects occur in one individual. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if any occur.
Possible Side Effects
Bloody, black, or tarry stools
Cloudy urine or blood in urine
Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice)
Skin rash, back pain, itching, sores or white spots on lips or mouth, sore throat
Extreme fatigue, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, confusion
Low blood pressure, heart arrhythmia, blood-related complications
Long-term use of high doses may lead to toxicity. Symptoms include nausea and vomiting within the first 24 hours, followed by abdominal pain and tenderness. In case of these symptoms or accidental overdose, seek medical attention immediately.

Store below 30°C, away from light and moisture.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
